RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Orders are normally dispatched on the next working day following the day they were processed and confirmed. For orders to be delivered to a Philippine destination, please allow 3 to 5 working days from process date for delivery. For international destinations, please email us at keywest_internationale@yahoo.com for a quote of the shipping charges. keywestinternationale.com does not assume responsibility for, and shall not be liable for any damages, whether direct, incidental, special or consequential, arising from the handling and delivery of ordered goods by its authorized courier.

In the unlikely event that the product you purchased has a factory defect, we will gladly exchange with another item of the same value or higher if the one you want is not available. Request for returns or exchange should be made within 10 calendar days from purchase
